Request for Proposals: Frontline Supervisor Training Course

The National Transit Institute (NTI) is searching for a vendor to develop a 12-hour, instructor-led course titled “Frontline Worker to Frontline Supervisor:  Key Leadership and Transition Principles.” The course will be designed to train frontline employees transitioning into frontline supervisory roles. The course overview offers additional details. Please forward proposals (up to five pages including attachments) to Billy Terry at bterry@nti.rutgers.edu by September 20, 2019. Proposals should include:

  • A one-paragraph course description and course goal(s)
  • Descriptions of course modules (modules can range from 90 to 120 minutes) including:  (a) course participant activities and exercises that will take place in each module and (b) module learning objectives
  • A summary of prior experience developing leadership and management training (all formats)

Lastly, please also include your per hour course development rate.
